At least one site calls this "Woman with Monocle (Dame mit Monokel), and gives a date of "c. 1928." (https://artblart.com/tag/hans-finsler/) Others refer to it as a self portrait (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Aenne_Biermann_selbstportr%C3%A4t.jpg). Perhaps both titles are correct.
