Francis Manapul is a Filipino-born comic book artist living in Toronto, Canada. He is known for his work for DC Comics, including The Flash, Superman/Batman, Legion of Super-Heroes, and Adventure Comics. In 2011 he was awarded the Joe Shuster Award for Outstanding Artist of the year, as well as an Inkwell Award of that same year.
