Einar Reuter (artist name H. Ahtela) September 7, 1881 Tornio - 12 October 1968 Kajaani, Finland; Finnish writer, art critic and painter, who was actually a forester by profession. Reuter especially remembered as a friend of the painter Helene Schjerfbeck. Well-traveled abroad, the young man became an expert, writer and artist who made famous the early 1900s modernist influences.
