James Lincke is an award-winning visual artist whose illustrations have been honored and showcased nationally and internationally through competitions and galleries. His works are on display from Pennsylvania to the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC, to New York City, Florida, and as far away as Paris, France. He’s always been passionate about image-making and ever since he was a young boy, it was the adventure stories of his favorite superheroes that first inspired an interest and motivation to put a pencil to page. It was also a way for him to bring his heroes to life on his own terms and to craft for them worlds of endless imagination. Since graduating with a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, he’s continued to draw and paint laboriously, honing his skills as a designer and illustrator. He considers himself a storyteller and his works have always come from a passion to craft a narrative visually. Whether he’s conjuring up fantasy settings, drafting characters, or paneled comic strips, his enthusiasm seems to derive from a love for art as communication. James is living and working in Ridley Park, PA. (http://www.jameslincke.com/index.php?/bio/)
