At least one site gives the title as Outdoor Cafe, Morocco.
The sun-dappled courtyard in Outdoor Café, Constantinople demonstrates Peterson’s spirited brushwork and love of bold color, as well as her sharp eye for composition using an engaging mix of straight and round forms. In 1924, Peterson spent 6 months in Turkey, exploring the bazaars and cafés of Constantinople (Istanbul) and Broosa (Bursa), a bold endeavor for a woman venturing alone. Yet just as in her painting, she remained confident in her quest, remarking: “Isn’t it strange – here I am alone, going to the most fanatical town in Turkey, can’t speak a word of the language, on a cheap boat to an unknown port, and I am not the least bit afraid!” ..."Miss Peterson goes further by translating the image into definite terms of color and light. There is a logical scheme in all her work, a planning, a scheme worked out.”
