Circles are connected like strings of pearls or combined into flower-like patterns, rectangles bent into rhombuses and placed one above the other. The horizontal or vertical structures created spread across the surface. The serial arrangement makes Ledgerwood's works appear ornamental. Sometimes they are reminiscent of patterns on cloth.
