"Thursday the 21 of November [2014] one of Denmark's finest painters went to meat his creator.
He will be missed by his close family, relatives and artist friends, by all those who admired and loved this outstanding Artist.
Paul Stoltze was born 1922 in Skørping in Denmark. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, under professors Wilhem Lundstrøm and Kræsten Iversen from 1947 to 1952.
Since 1953 he lived and worked on the island Bornholm in Denmark.
I take the chance and hope the copyrights on this 3 pictures below will not prevent me from showing them. The 3 pictures are from the book the journalist and author Peter Tiemroth wrote about Paul Stoltze, Bornholm's Art Museum 2005.
The quality of the photos are not perfect, since they are photos of printed photos in the book and I have no possibility to compare with the colors of the original paintings." http://redhairpaintings.blogspot.nl/2014/11/homage-paul-stoltze.html undefined
