Pierre Mornet is a French illustrator born in Paris in 1972. After finishing his studies in graphic design at ESAC, he is completely dedicated to illustration.
He uses acrylic and oil in his illustrations, portraying frail women, with a special mysterious halo. He has illustrated novels such as Folio Denoël, Flammarion, Albin Michel, Le Seuil and children's books as Bayard, Syros, Actes Sud, Gallimard, Rustic, Hatier, Gautier Languereau among others.
