Pinchas Litvinovsky was an Israeli painter.
He was born in Ukraine and studied art in Odessa, Petrograd and the Bezalel Academy. He immigrated to Israel in 1919, and became a member of the Egged artists’ group. In the 1930's he traveled to Paris and was influenced by the French painting of his time.
He was awarded the Dizengoff Prize (1939), the Worthy of Jerusalem distinction (1970) and the Israel Prize for painting (1980). undefined
