Teresa Arroyo’s various sojourns across the world have taught her that nothing is permanent. Everything can be both one and many. There are as many realities as points of view. This multiplicity of realities lies at the heart of her artistic approach: “My artistic projects (…) are based on the belief that nothing is static and nothing is unchanging in society. The events we face throughout our lives are just added on, compiled, and they create a system, a human mapping in a unique but scalable way.” The artist then looks for concrete expressions that reveal the best aspects of reality through illustration.
