From the artist's statement: My work talks about the way in which we relate in the world and the way we look at each “other” and judge them in silence, about how they look at thing different from us. The work comment in social, political and religious issues, these issues plays a vital role on how we look at some group as the “OTHER”. This is obviously talks of the identity and hybridity which is incorporated in the work. The work suggest that there is no better of less group but standards are social construct that are enforced in people’s mind to think in a certain way. Obviously artwork are more open to any interpretation and cannot be limited to only one way of looking or thinking about art, the work is welcoming more concept.
